When you make a booking we collect the details you enter in the customer information form: full name, email address, phone number and country/region, together with your selected visit date, entry time and tickets.

How we use it

We use these details solely to process and manage your booking, to deliver your booking confirmation, and to provide customer support related to your order.

What we do not do

We do not store payment card data on this website (only the last four digits are shown back to you in this test environment). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Retention

Booking records are kept only as long as needed to fulfil your booking and handle any support request, after which they are deleted.
